How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse Waqar Enterprises and once you find the item(s) you wish to purchase, simply place them in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to shopping cart” button. complete your shopping, click on the “Proceed to check out” button where you will be asked to provide some additional information necessary to complete your order. Once completed, click on the “Continue” button and you will arrive on the confirmation page. From there you will be able to select the type of payment you prefer and complete your order.

How much does it cost to ship?
Waqarenterprises.com.com offer the free shipping worldwide for any order above $ 150.00. For orders less than $ 150.00, the cost of shipping depends on the size, weight and destination of the package. For a complete list of shipping costs please click here .
How long will it take to ship?
Normally it takes from 5 – 7 working days depending upon the destination and clearance from the local custom department of the respective country.
What carrier do you use to ship?
We use DHL carrier to provide our customers fast and reliable shipping service.
How may I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order simply by logging into your account using your e-mail and password that was provided to you. There you will find all of your order details.
How may I track my order online?
Since we use DHL service, therefore, the customer can also track their packet at DHL website by entering their tracking number provided by us.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
You may request to get your money back within 15 days (label and packing must be intact), if the item you have received were damaged or incorrect. In the case where the item is damaged or a mistake was made on the order, Waqarenterprises.com will assume all shipping and custom duty costs. In all cases, if you wish to make an exchange, Waqarenterprises.com will take responsibility for the cost to ship the new merchandise to you.
How much time does it takes to get the refund?
We refund your money immediately after receiving and inspecting the item that was returned.

In which currencies you offer your products?We offer US Dollar and Australian Dollar currencies to our customers. The difference of price from US to AUD can be checked by clicking option of “Currencies” on right side under the Review Section.
What is the debiting time of card holder?Your credit card will be billed immediately after purchase.
How long it takes to issue the invoice and what is the total time of completion of order?Once the customer place the order an invoice has been immediately issued and sent to the customers email address containing all payment details.
The normal shipment time is 5 -7 working days depending upon the destination and clearance from the local custom department of the respective country. Note: We are not responsible for any delays due to public holidays or protests or any other cause which may occur once the packet reached in the customer respective country.
