How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our webstore and once you find the item(s) you wish to purchase, add in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to shopping cart” button. Once you complete your shopping, click on the “Proceed to check out” button where you will be asked to provide some additional information necessary to complete your order. Once completed, click on the “Continue” button and you will arrive on the confirmation page. From there you will be able to select the type of payment you prefer and complete your order.

How much does it cost to ship?
We offer free shipping worldwide for any order above $ 100.00.

How long will it take to ship?
Normally it takes from 3 – 7 working days depending upon the destination and clearance from the local custom department of the respective country.

We use DHL courier service to provide our customers fast and reliable shipping service.
How may I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order simply by logging into your account using your e-mail and password that was provided to you. There you will find all of your order details.
How may I track my order online?
Since we use DHL service, therefore, the customer can also track their packet at DHL website by entering their tracking number provided by us.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
You may request to get your money back within 15 days (label and packing must be intact), if the item you have received were damaged or incorrect. In the case where the item is damaged or a mistake was made on the order, we will assume all shipping and custom duty costs. In all cases, if you wish to make an exchange, we will take responsibility for the cost to ship the new merchandise to you.
How much time does it takes to get the refund?
