Shipping Charges
It is our utmost desire to facilitate our valued customers from all over the world and in order to minimize the shipping cost; we have managed the shipping rates into two categories which are as under;

$51.00 – $100.00          $15.00
Above $100.00             Free
Delivery Time
We use DHL service to provide our customers fast and reliable shipping all over the world and normally it takes 5 – 7 working days depending upon the destination and other factors like [International Holidays, Local Holidays and weather conditions of the destination country.]
Note: While most international deliveries arrive within 5 – 7 working days, please understand that once the package is handed over to the local country, it becomes subject to rules and delivery timeframes of the local postal service, including any holidays or weather delays, which can cause delays.
It may also be noted that our working hours are from 14:00 GMT to 22:00 GMT. Therefore, orders placed after this time will be considered from the next working day.
Tracking Number
Once the customer place the order for certain item/items; our company will provides you a tracking number after handing over the packet to DHL courier; so that customer can also track the movement of his/her shipment.
Note: There are chances that the tracking number will be provided to you with the delay of 1 – 3 working days due to the non availability of the product and a fresh piece will be produced against the order being placed. [However, this situation will be inform to the customer instantly to avoid any inconvenience]
Refund Policy:
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, in case you are not satisfied with the product due to damage/faulty goods or incorrect goods, we will be happy to accept the product/products which you have purchased from us. All refund requests must by made within 15 days of delivery, and can only be honored if the item/items returned in new condition.
Note:
The shipping charges to send back the product to our warehouse will have to bear by the customer.
